Pond Fibreglassing, Norfolk
Category: Uncategorised
Our client wanted to have his pond reconstructed, by having the internal shelves removed from the pond, reconfiguring the filter arrangement, creating a new concrete base, block built sides, render and fibreglass, with a black top coat.
The fish were housed in a stock holding tank whilst works took place, the pond was deconstructed, and the wall that used to surround the filter was dismantled and completely removed.
By removing the internal shelves it created a larger volume of water for the fish, without increasing the external size of the pond.
The filter was moved to an area at the back of the pond, the waterfall remained in place, coping stones were recycled on the top of the new pond.
The finished pond was a perfect home for the fish to return to.
